HR administrative executive

1.Job description

  • Resolve procedures related to human resource activities, advise on issues related to labor contracts, update personnel list, answer questions of personnel
  • Check and supervise the timekeeping and implementation of labor regulations on working hours of all employees. - Manage the leave, compensatory leave, overtime and other regimes according to the internal rules and regulations of the enterprise
  • Conduct training on internal rules, regulations and corporate culture for all employees of the company on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Implement procedures for accepting probation, probation, official, terminating labor contracts for employees.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and assessments related to the status of personnel in the company. At the same time, plan on new personnel to replace for the following years.

2. Manage salary and bonus

  • Summary of the Office's monthly report
  • Prepare documents and documents related to salary and benefits.
  • Open PIT code, ATM card and reduce for family circumstances for employees if any arise
  • Proposing bonuses for good employees and penalties for employees who violate the rules according to the company's regulations

3. Manage on health, social, and unemployment insurance

  • Monitor and update the increase and decrease of employees' health insurance and social insurance premiums and compare them with monthly social insurance.
  • Complete the documents and procedures and contact the social insurance agency for employees to participate or enjoy benefits according to regulations.

4. Manage the recruitment

  • Carry out recruitment according to the requirements of the Department
  • Responsible for screening candidate profiles, conducting preliminary interviews, evaluating candidates before sending them to the required department.
  • Responsible for organizing connections with universities, job fairs, promotion centers to recruit qualified and qualified candidates

5. Office administrative work

  • Organize annual events of the Company: Generate ideas, budget and organize internal events.
  • Responsible for managing the use of machinery and equipment in the office, promptly proposing repair, maintenance and warranty to ensure uninterrupted work.
  • Keep Confidentiality, not disclose company information (in case of disclosing company information to the outside, to unrelated people, competitors, internal parts of the company... will all be fired. ).
